This position is 100% onsite at our Bohemia, NY location.

This position, Thin Film Lab Technician, requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License.

Position Summary:

The Thin Film Lab Technician is responsible for developing thin film resistor networks using glass photo masks and a spin developer. In a specialized laboratory, wafers undergo further processing through various chemical baths to produce resistor networks for the laser trim department to trim according to specification. This process requires a thorough understanding of the procedures and techniques involved. Additionally, the technician will dice wafers and place them into waffle packs for inspection. Following the inspection criteria, the technician will sort out defective units and prepare compliant ones for the production floor.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in electronics field
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not necessary
